Returns/Exchanges/Shipping

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Buying online can sometimes be tricky, which is why we are happy to offer exchanges or refunds (if purchased through our online store) on full priced items requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Items returned must be in their original condition with all appropriate labels and tags still attached with your receipt included.
Please ensure to fill out the refund/exchange form you will have received with your purchase and send back with the item.
If you’d like to make an exchange or a refund please notify us by emailing [email protected] and we’ll provide you with our return postage address.
Moscow Boxer will not incur the postage fee of returned goods; this is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until we receive your goods, so you may wish to use a postal service or courier with a tracking option to ensure your item has been delivered.

Domestic Shipping – Australia wide

Free Express Shipping on orders over $350

For orders below $350:

• Please select either regular shipping with a flat rate $10 aud,
• or Express post - $15 aud. TBC

We suggest you provide your daytime delivery address when you make your order to ensure the safe arrival of your delivery, as Moscow Boxer does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods once Australia Post notifies us that your parcel has been delivered.

International

To make an overseas purchase choose your country/region for the shipping to be calculated.

If your country is not available in the drop down box, please email us at: [email protected] with your location and we’ll add your country and relevant shipping costs.

Please select either:

• Standard International flat rate of $30 / Orders over $350 - $15 aud flat rate. TBC
• Express (DHL) delivery flat rate of $75 aud / Orders over $350 - $35 flat rate. TBC

Once your item has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, which you can follow through the link provided.

SHIPPING TIME

We are a small Australian label, and we take care in getting your order to you as quickly as possible, however, due to the nature of our business, please expect the following shipping times:

Australia Wide

Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch of orders, then 1-2 Business day for Express post + 5 days for delivery of all regular post items

International

Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch of orders, then 5-7 for Express (DHL)
